About Ray O. Johnson

Dr. Ray O. Johnson was the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the Lockheed Martin Corporation from 2006 to February 2015. In his role, he oversaw engineering and technology, as well as production operations, supply chain, program management, and logistics and sustainment, for more than 70,000 employees working on over 4,000 programs. Johnson consults nationally and internationally with officials in government, industry, and academia, and speaks on topics such as business, strategy, innovation, and education. Previously, he served as the COO for Modern Technology Solutions, Inc, and held several positions with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), including Senior Vice President and General Manager of the advanced concepts business unit. He is currently a director on the board of QxBranch, LLC, a start-up quantum computing analytics company. Johnson is a member of the GLG Institute, a community of executives exchanging experienced-based insight.
