Designing Payments for Real People

“47% of Americans have less than $400 available in case of emergency,” says Erik Moga, Program Director at IDEO, a global design and innovation company. Erik Moga currently serves as the Director of Financial Health Programs at IDEO.org, a design and innovation consultancy focused on fighting poverty and spreading human-centered design through the social sector. Previously, Moga was the Global Insights Lead at Square, Inc., where he influenced all key products, including Square Register, Reader, Stand, Capital, and Appointments. Moga also has experience as a researcher at Yale University.
