How Technology has Empowered Navy SEALs

Scott Moore saw many advancements in military technology in his 30 year career as a Navy SEAL – none as revolutionary, perhaps, as the use of drones for special operations. While controversial, drones provide a measureable strategic advantage for gathering intelligence, which allows military units on the ground to make better tactical decisions. As the former Commanding Officer of the Naval Special Warfare Development Group, Scott Moore aimed to take luck out of the equation when leading his team into so-called “no-fail” situations. Moore continues to apply this level of strategic planning and team-first thinking as he engages with companies in the private sector.
