New York, New York; January 27, 2022 – GLG, the world’s insight network, has earned a score of 100 percent on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2022 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation’s foremost benchmark of corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality. The Human Rights Campaign Foundation has designated GLG as a “Best Place to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality” alongside some of the world’s top businesses. The full report is available online at hrc.org/cei.

GLG is the world’s insight network, bringing decision makers the insight it takes to get ahead. GLG’s network of experts is the world’s largest and most varied source of first-hand expertise, with thousands of new experts recruited every week.

“GLG helps our clients learn from a wide variety of perspectives – so our dedication to diversity and inclusion is at the heart of our work and culture,” said GLG CEO Paul Todd. “We are honored to be recognized by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation alongside a growing number of top companies, and will continue pressing for solutions to longstanding inequities.”

The CEI is an annual initiative of the Human Rights Campaign, the largest LGBTQ+ civil rights organization in the world. The CEI rigorously assesses company performance on a range of criteria under four central pillars: non-discrimination policies, equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families, inclusive culture, and corporate social responsibility work.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion are central to GLG’s policies and cultural values, as well as to GLG’s award-winning Social Impact work, which delivers GLG’s platform and services to the social sector. GLG Social Impact has provided pro bono support to numerous LGBTQIA+ advocacy and support organizations, including GLG Social Impact Fellow The Trevor Project, as well as contributions to annual Pride celebrations and other events around the world. GLG also operates seven Diversity Networks for employees, including an LGBTQIA+ network with more than 150 members.

“GLG’s top score on the CEI reflects our continued commitment to creating an environment where our people can be themselves, and thrive, with confidence,” said GLG Chief Diversity Officer Desirée Dancy. “While much work remains to be done, the progress made so far is encouraging, and should push us all to gain even more ground.”
