TARGET POPULATION
For this Network survey, GLG surveyed 70 senior executives working within the IT industry across the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and US. This is the second iteration in this tracker series.
What will you learn from this survey?
- Respondents gave their perception and usage of different IT Service brands including AWS, Azure, IBM, Atos, NTT Data and many more.
- The survey asked about budgetary considerations and priorities historically and over the next few years.
- Lastly, the research surveyed the importance of SaaS, Cloud infrastructure, IT security and other services.
Examples of findings:
- In February 2024, 76% respondents stated that the budget at industry level is expected to increase in the next 3 years.
- Nearly seven-in-ten respondents selected Azure and AWS as the two most expected vendors to be used in the next three years.
- 43% respondents ranked Artificial Intelligence as the greatest area of investment over the coming 3 years.
DELIVERABLES
The GLG Surveys team drafted the questionnaire with the support of GLG Network Member, Jace Wieser, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & SVP of Product Development at SPROCKIT.

Please note that some respondents may not be Network Members, and the Terms and Conditions of Network Membership would not apply to such respondents and detailed records for them will not be available aside from the information that GLG capture in the Network Survey.
