TARGET POPULATION
GLG surveyed 70 senior executives working in hospitals across the US and Europe (UK, France, Germany, Spain and Italy).
What will you learn from this survey?
- Respondents discussed the current scenario in the market in terms of sourcing and retaining staff in hospitals across the US and Europe.
- The survey also looked into the effectiveness of various HR retention strategies, as well as the most critical HR functions experts believe impact the organization’s success.
- Lastly, the research gathered insights into the main categories of professionals that hospitals tend to outsource and satisfaction with the outsourcing process.
Example of findings:
- Nearly eight-in-ten (79%) organizations are currently outsourcing temporary labour services, with over two-thirds (65%) using these services to source nursing staff.
- Eight-in-ten (80%) experts stated that facilities are tracking the region personnel vacancy, a 4% increase compared to July’22 (76%).
- Nearly four-in-ten (39%) experts are satisfied with the performance of their current outsourcing process.
DELIVERABLES
The GLG Surveys team drafted the questionnaire with the support of GLG Network Member, Marc Fucci, former Chief Growth Officer at Corizon Health, Inc.
