What will you learn from this survey?
- The survey revisited the Fintech payments landscape, assessing use and consideration of the various vendors such as PayPal, Apple, and Stripe.
- Furthermore, the survey investigated adoption of “Buy Now, Pay Later” solutions, potential integration of this and the timeline for doing so.
- Lastly, respondents evaluated the expected developments in the payment sector over the next couple of years.

- Experts continue to say ‘High Charges’ is the main concern with payment processes with three quarters (74%) selecting this option in wave four.
- Four in ten (39%) currently offer a Buy Now Pay Later option.
- Half (49%) say that they expect AI & Machine Learning to have a major impact on the payment sector in the coming years.
