SURVEY DETAILS
TARGET POPULATION

For this Network Survey, GLG surveyed 70 Value Added Resellers of ERP software across the US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. This is the third iteration in this tracker series.

What will you learn from this survey?

  • Respondents discussed the ERP software they resell, the most popular ERP modules, and upselling opportunities during implementation.
  • The survey provided insights into the factors and actions important for retaining ERP vendors, as well as identifying the vendors best positioned for expanded sales in 2025.
  • Lastly, the experts discussed the ERP system integrators they are aware of and those they consider the largest.

Examples of findings:

  • 26% of respondents stated that sales and marketing is the most popular module being sold, increasing heavily compared to the previous wave.
  • Half of the experts (50%) agree that customers typically purchase the finance/financial management module during initial implementation, while 37% of the experts mentioned the enterprise performance management module is the most purchased after the initial implementation.
  • Similar to the last wave, 71% of respondents stated that data quality control is a key challenge when transitioning from an on-premises system to a cloud-based ERP system.
