TARGET POPULATION

For this Network Survey, GLG surveyed 70 senior executives providing cybersecurity software across UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and US. This is the second iteration in this tracker series.

What will you learn from this survey?

  • Respondents commented on the evolution of the security business and provided their outlook for the next 2 years.
  • The survey also explored leading vendors for different cloud solutions and leading vendor post-consolidation in the coming 3 years.
  • Lastly, the research looked at the current investment areas as well as the macro trends impacting clients investing in the security business.

Examples of findings:

  • Over three-in-four respondents stated that their current business intake has increased in the 1st and 2nd quarter of 2024 when compared to same period in 2023.
  • Similar to February 2024, more than eight-in-ten (84%) respondents agreed that Microsoft will be the leading vendor post-consolidation in the next 3 years.
  • Three-in-ten (30%) experts reported that consulting and integration services has become their primary revenue source.

Deliverables

The GLG Surveys team drafted the questionnaire with the support of GLG Network Member, Quentin Toussaint, Executive Vice President at Orange Cyberdefense.
