For this Network Survey, GLG surveyed 70 senior executives working in real estate using property management services across the US and Europe (UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain).

What will you learn from this survey?

  • Furthermore, the survey also looked into the market growth strategies companies plan to employ to attract and retain customers.

  • Around six-in-ten experts consider enhanced tenant experience tools and integrated facility management as emerging trends.
  • Half of respondents consider paying a premium for ESG renovations, but only if the benefits are clearer.
  • 70% experts agree that merger & acquisition is the approach most likely to grow in the next 5 years.

If the survey is not included within your subscription, GLG will invoice Client for the fees due for the Network Survey. Please note that some respondents may not be Network Members, and the Terms and Conditions of Network Membership would not apply to such respondents and detailed records for them will not be available aside from the information that GLG capture in the Network Survey.
