Jeff Moon is a trade, technology and government affairs consultant who founded China Moon Strategies LLC in 2017 after serving in the White House as Assistant U.S. Trade Representative for China Affairs and previously at the National Security Council. During his time at the Office of the US Trade Representative, he was responsible for developing and implementing U.S. trade policy toward China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Mongolia. Jeff has more than three decades of private and public sector experience with Asia, including ten years working in China. He was Vice President of Cisco Systems and Dolby Laboratories, completing assignments based in Beijing, Washington, D.C., and Silicon Valley.
