Lara Crystal and Lindsey Andrews created Minibar, an on-demand source for wine, beer, and spirits, after completing business school together. Their years of experience at start-ups focused on luxury goods gave them a good understanding of what makes a successful brand and concept. In this video, they discuss how they’ve made the Minibar brand relatable and something to get excited about.

Lara Crystal is the co-founder and co-CEO of Minibar, the go-to destination for on-demand wine, spirits, beer and more, available in cities across the U.S.. Prior to Minibar, she was part of the founding team at Rent the Runway, and spent over four years leading marketing there; building and launching the brand to help it grow to reach an audience of more than 3.5 million women. Lara received her MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and her Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.

Lindsey Andrews is the co-founder and co-CEO of Minibar, the go-to destination for on-demand wine, spirits, beer and more, available in cities across the U.S.. Prior, Ms. Andrews led marketing at Wag.com, the pet focused e-commerce subsidiary of Amazon, where she was Director of Marketing from 2012-2013 and oversaw all customer acquisition, retention and mobile marketing. Through her efforts, Wag.com became a major player in the pet e-commerce space. Prior to Wag.com, Ms. Andrews was responsible for marketing for another Amazon e-commerce brand, Soap.com. Previous to that she was at FreshDirect. Ms. Andrews received her MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and her Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University.
