U.S. – China Relations

The landmark Paris Climate Agreement marked a breakthrough in U.S.-China relations. New York University Professor of Finance and Economics Ann Lee discusses the potential fallout of an American reversal on the agreement, as President-elect Donald Trump suggested on the campaign trail. Lee also outlines how an infusion of Chinese capital could help build new infrastructure in the U.S. and have a positive impact on both nations.

“The administration has a unique and historic opportunity to make U.S. and China’s economic growth complementary.”
