Crain’s New York Business named GLG Chief Human Resources Officer Catrina Harding one of 50 Notable Black Leaders for 2023.

To put together this year’s list, Crain’s “sought to recognize exemplars of leadership not only at the office but also in their communities.” Catrina was included for her many contributions to the Black community across the city – through mentorship, hiring and advancing Black professionals, philanthropy, advocacy, and more.

Catrina oversees all aspects of GLG’s people operations, including establishing and leading the company’s DE&I function, employee resource groups, and formal mentoring program, in addition to leading GLG’s Social Impact programs.

Under Catrina’s leadership, GLG was designated a “Best Place to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality” by the HRC two years in a row and won Workhuman’s 2022 Culture Award for programs she and her team built.
