TARGET POPULATION

For this Network Survey, GLG surveyed 50 senior executives working at fast food delivery platforms across the UK, France, Germany, Spain, and Italy.

What will you learn from this survey?

  • Respondents were surveyed about recent changes in key performance metrics such as customer churn rate, monthly order volume, and their expectations for the future performance of fast food delivery platforms.
  • The survey explored the importance and revenue share of incorporating grocery delivery service, as well as the volume of business generated from Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs).
  • Lastly, the survey gathered insights on the challenges related to delivery rider shortages and labor gaps and the importance of customer demographics for shaping effective marketing strategies.

Examples of findings:

  • 56% of respondents stated that monthly orders have increased slightly over the last 12 months, while 38% mentioned that customer churn has decreased slightly during the same period.
  • 57% of those in the grocery delivery business (60% of respondents) believe that on-demand grocery revenue will represent a slightly greater percentage of total revenue over the next 12 months.
  • 62% of experts stated that the customer acquisition cost has increased by less than 20% in the past 12 months.

Deliverables
