Associate – Structured Content (Research)

Location: Gurugram
7863680003

Position summary

The Associate runs recurring and event-driven programs that produce GLG expert content, including channel, customer, supplier and distributor checks. Using research objectives, respondent criteria and approved question sets established by a subject matter expert, the Associate identifies and screens appropriate GLG Network Members, manages outreach and participation, coordinates AI-moderated interviews, reviews completed transcripts, coordinates required compliance and editorial reviews, and carries each program through publication.

A typical Associate manages several programs simultaneously, each involving multiple Network Member interviews within a defined turnaround. The work is high-volume and deadline-driven and requires sound judgment in determining which Network Members have the relevant experience and visibility for each topic.

Key responsibilities

Network Member identification and engagement

  • Search GLG’s network to identify members whose role, experience, seniority, geography and industry exposure match the criteria for each program.
  • Assess whether prospective participants have direct, relevant knowledge of the topic and prioritize outreach accordingly.
  • Manage outreach, responses, follow-up and participation to complete each program on schedule.
  • Confirm that selected Network Members meet established eligibility and participation requirements.
  • Build and maintain a viable pool of qualified Network Members for recurring programs.

Program execution

  • Launch and manage assigned programs using approved workflows, question sets and production timelines.
  • Coordinate Network Member participation in interviews, including AI-moderated sessions, and track progress through completion.
  • Maintain accurate workflow status and flag capacity or delivery risks before they affect the production calendar.

Quality review and publication

  • Review completed interviews for question coverage, consistency, clarity and material gaps.
  • Flag weak Network Member fit, incomplete or off-target responses, workflow failures and content requiring subject matter expert review.
  • Coordinate required compliance and editorial reviews, address operational queries and publish approved content.
  • Complete required classification and tagging so published content is discoverable and usable by clients.

Process improvement and development

  • Identify recurring workflow problems and recommend practical improvements to templates, instructions, screening criteria and process steps.
  • Build familiarity with assigned sectors and investor-relevant topics through structured training, earnings materials and calibration reviews.
  • Use AI-enabled research and moderation tools within established quality, confidentiality and compliance requirements.

Required qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in research operations, primary or market research, an expert network, knowledge services, consulting research, financial-services research support or a comparable analytical environment.
  • Strong process discipline and the ability to manage several concurrent programs with distinct deadlines, participant pools and question sets.
  • Basic business and financial literacy, including a high-level understanding of how companies generate revenue, profit and cash.
  • Ability to understand a research objective, assess whether an individual’s experience is relevant and recognize when a response does not address the questions asked.
  • Clear written and spoken English, sound judgment and confidence escalating quality or workflow concerns.
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach and screening, along with the persistence to complete programs against deadlines.
  • Consistent attention to accuracy, confidentiality and compliance requirements.

Preferred qualifications

  • Exposure to expert interviews, survey or panel operations, equity or credit research support, consulting research delivery or client-service workflows.
  • Ability to learn unfamiliar industries and business topics quickly.
  • A relevant degree or professional qualification in business, finance, economics or another applicable field.
