Associate / Senior Associate, Panel (Fieldwork)

Job Summary

 

GLG is seeking a Senior Associate to support and grow GLG’s Panel Fieldwork unit that sits within the larger Central Research team. This position will be responsible for managing day to day fieldwork on live client projects by utilizing GLG’s Network Members & 3rd Party panel partner assets.

 

This role will support and collaborate with GLG’s client-facing Surveys Project Management teams in dedicated regions and Business Units by providing twice daily fieldwork reporting, carefully & thoughtfully sending B2B/Healthcare survey invites to our Panel of Network Members and managing/updating 3rd party supply on ad-hoc client surveys. The Senior Panel Associate will primarily be responsible for US-based clients (9-6 EST shift) and will report to the Manager of Fieldwork, India.

 

The GLG Solutions Global team facilitates the execution of hundreds of surveys per month across various industry verticals, population geographies, and client types. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to prioritize and multi-task, excellent written and verbal communication skills, passion for collaboration, creative problem-solving, and proactive project management.

 

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

 

Search Expertise, Project Management, & Compliance

  • Sends updates twice daily per project. Understands survey needs and communicates them effectively to Project Managers & 3rd
  • Effectively manages to client’s schedule. Identifies opportunities to upsell N where applicable.
  • Stringent management of external 3rd party panel assets: holding them accountable to N, timing and deliverable quality standards for client bids and delivery. Provide quota updates to 3rd Parties as required.
  • Collaborating with Quality Review, Project Managers, and Compliance Teams to ensure that only authentic, accurately targeted, and quality sample is collected for all projects

 

Network Management

  • Clear understanding of GLG’s value proposition and of which Network Members (NM) segments are the right fit for the project. Careful selection and review of Feasibility team’s sample pull before sample is invited.
  • Helps to track and monitor performance of pre-defined & key GLG NM segments.
  • Ownership of the NM Surveys experience. Invites are sent with discretion and with proper & consistent incentives.

 

Team & Individual Management & Coaching

  • Maintain healthy survey rate metrics: including qualified, completion and failed rates.
  • Timely field management of NM surveys & of panel partner sample.
  • Partners with the Project Manager on successful and timely completion of client surveys.
  • Is an ambassador for Panel. Can flourish in a pioneer role as we build this new Fieldwork team.

 

 

An ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 years of respondent project management experience at a Market Research firm or similar experience in other industry vertical
  • Experience coordinating/collecting and tracking bid, project, and performance-metrics data
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing external vendor relationships and individual projects a plus
  • Experience in a pioneer role or in standing up a new team a plus.
