ABOUT DR. STEPHEN OSTROFF: Dr. Stephen Ostroff is currently an independent consultant and advisor who has dedicated his career to promoting and protecting public health. He most recently held a number of leadership roles at the US FDA, including as Chief Scientist and twice as Acting Commissioner. Prior to FDA, Dr. Ostroff served as Acting Pennsylvania Physician General and as Deputy Director of the National Center for Infectious Diseases during the SARS outbreak of 2002-2003.
