A consulting firm client wanted to host an in-person workshop with a GLG expert and their client in the Middle East. They needed someone with experience in real estate operators who could join several sessions with the consulting client and their end client in the U.A.E.

GLG shortlisted and presented several knowledgeable experts for this study. The client conducted free screening calls with two and decided to proceed with one expert who had more than 20 years of experience in development and the real estate sector in the U.A.E. The project was expected to run for three weeks, and the length of the engagement helped reduce the hourly rate for the client.
Outcome
The expert partnered with the client for a number of hours during the three-week project. Drawing from the expert’s experience, the project team applied the insight they gained to validate their findings and provide high-quality recommendations to their client.
