Roles and Responsibilities:
- Data analysis and generate project heatmap - Business support on white space companies' data collection
- Use big data analytics platform, like Looker, to extract, analyze, interpret, and visualize data to support with ad-hoc analysis requests from business users
- Assist with communicating key findings to various stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making
- Modify and maintain the business performance dashboards and reports
- Learn and be able to build RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions using Microsoft (MS) Power Automate to improve business processes
- Other ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Critical thinking, data-driven and problem-solving skills
- A strong willingness to learn new software/tools
- Self-motivated with outgoing personality, positive attitude, and great interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Looker, RPA, and Excel is an asset
- High attention to details
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English
- Able to commute to office 4-5 days a week and commit for 3-6 months' internship
