Salesforce CPQ Administrator

GLG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce CPQ ( RevCloud )  Administrator with expertise in CPQ processes, on our SFDC Lightning Sales Cloud Org.The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce RevCloud platform, particularly focusing on QTC function and process. As the RevCloud Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining the CPQ / RevCloud ecosystem to streamline sales processes, enhance user experience, shorten deal cycles and ensure data accuracy to improve and maintain revenue capturing activities. This role will report to the VP of Sales Technology, within the CIO organization. 

 

Position Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 

  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of the Salesforce CPQ platform + integrations. 
  • Customize and configure CPQ  to meet business requirements. 
  • Maintain user profiles, roles, security settings, and access controls. 
  • Implement and optimize Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes. 
  • Configure CPQ workflows, approvals, and document generation. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into CPQ solutions. 
  • Solution for existing technical roadblocks creating long QTC cycles. 
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Salesforce platform. 
  • Implement data quality best practices and conduct regular data audits. 
  • Collaborate with the extended GLG teams to manage integrations between Salesforce and other internal revenue / data systems. 
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring seamless data flow. 
  • Prevent “fires of the day” via diligence on communications channels from the front line. 
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators. 
  • Document system configurations, processes, and changes. 
  • Conduct monthly 101 trainings and refreshers on best practices 
  • Collaborate with Commercial BAs to maintain existing and create new training content 

 

Position Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. 
  • 4-5+ years’ experience in Salesforce consulting. 
  • 2+ years’ experience performing CPQ consulting implementations (CPQ solutions for Apttus, Oracle CPQ, or other CPQ solutions within Salesforce). 
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud). 
  • Proficient in the process areas related to CPQ such as Quote to Cash, Product Master Data Management, Contract Lifecycle Management. 
  • Proficient at leading requirements and design sessions for client stakeholders across the areas of Sales, Quote to Cash, and/or Marketing. 
  • Proficient at managing status, timeline, and risks at the program or workstream level. 
  • Proven ability to work well independently and within a team environment. 
  • Proficient in documenting requirements and solution design deliverables. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to create impactful and concise executive stakeholder-ready deliverables, and polished client-facing oral communication skills. 
  • Experience within one or more of West Monroe’s core industries including Consumer & Industrial Products (strongly preferred), High Tech & Software (strongly preferred), Healthcare (payer/provider), Life Sciences, Utilities, Insurance, Banking, and/or Private Equity.

Compensation: GLG is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. Certain roles may also be eligible for incentive compensation.

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this role is:
$111,000$150,000 USD
