Associate, Referral Partnership Development

Experience Level: Junior

The role of the Referral Partnership Development is to develop partnerships that further increase GLG’s custom recruiting capabilities and expand our Network Member base that will help manage research inquiries coming from our client firms based in South Korea. This is a key role with an exceptional opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive new initiatives with attention and support from the senior management team. The role will work closely with senior leaders of the research organization and it is designed for someone who can move initiatives forward with autonomy from day one.

 

Specific responsibilities include (not limited to):

  • Identify potential referral partners such as headhunters and HR platforms, to seek various referral partnership opportunities.
  • Cold calling and sending outreach emails to all leads referred by GLG partners and help them complete onboarding as GLG network members.  
  • Managing relationship with GLG partners and making regular calls on regular basis for non-active partners and introduce relevant projects  
  • Screening expertise and eligibility of prospective industry experts as needed and capturing critical data in GLG’s extensive profile management systems; 
  • Managing and updating GLG partner database and actively involve GLG projects by communicating with other functions to assist effective custom recruiting. 
  • Actively collaborating with recruiting team to research and ind right experts for custom project.  
  • Providing a weekly/monthly report of referral cases to line managers 

 

An ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Entry level to 1 year of working experience in industrial think tank, market research company, headhunting company, or had engaged in partnership development, recruitment, public relations, or journalism. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication in both English and Korean required 
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Needs to operate with utmost sense of ownership for the initiatives being managed; 
  • Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management; 
  • Have a strong ability to influence and drive results within the organization at all levels and with all functions; 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment;
