Earns score of 100 percent for best-in-class <\/em>policies, benefits, cultural inclusiveness, and social impact<\/em><\/p>\n

New York, New York; January 27, 2022<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 GLG<\/a>, the world\u2019s insight network, has earned a score of 100 percent on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation\u2019s 2022 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation\u2019s foremost benchmark of corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.\u00a0The Human Rights Campaign Foundation has designated GLG as a \u201cBest Place to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality\u201d alongside some of the world\u2019s top businesses. The CEI is an annual initiative of the Human Rights Campaign, the largest LGBTQ+ civil rights organization in the world. The CEI rigorously assesses company performance on a range of criteria under four central pillars: non-discrimination policies, equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families, inclusive culture, and corporate social responsibility work.<\/p>\n

Diversity, equity, and inclusion are central to GLG\u2019s policies and cultural values<\/a>, as well as to GLG\u2019s award-winning Social Impact work<\/a>, which delivers GLG\u2019s platform and services to the social sector. GLG Social Impact has provided pro bono support to numerous LGBTQIA+ advocacy and support organizations, including\u00a0GLG Social Impact Fellow<\/a>\u00a0The Trevor Project, as well as contributions to annual Pride celebrations and other events around the world.
