GLG counts Austin, Texas as one of its major hubs.<\/p>\n<p>GLG\u2019s BAC+ network nominated Comp-U-Dopt for our award-winning\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/glginsights.com\/glg-social-impact\/glg-social-impact-partners-program\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Social Impact Partners Program<\/a>. The organization provides underserved students access to preowned computers, while teaching them critical technical and digital literacy skills in the process. Their hands-on curriculum prepares students for high demand careers in STEM.<\/p>\n<p>When the organization needed help expanding its\u00a0program,\u00a0they turned to GLG for support. GLG connected them to several industry experts for insight on how best to build out their curriculum.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe experts that GLG put us in touch with were exactly what we were looking for,\u201d said Jacqui Babbili, the National Program Director for Comp-U-Dopt. \u201cThey helped provide the framework for a tech education module for high school students around digital citizenship and the basics of how to build a website.
