We&#8217;re seeking a Software Support Engineer to help improve and maintain.&nbsp;GLG\u2019s software that matches companies around the world with experts who can help them make decisions on demand. As&nbsp;a part of our Product Engineering team, you\u2019ll pair with other engineers, product managers and users to help resolve&nbsp;issues and improve our technology. <\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):<br \/><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Help ensure the continuous operation and reliability of GLG&#8217;s critical systems.<\/li>\n<li>Interface with Engineering and Helpdesk to triage and resolve system issues.<\/li>\n<li>Diagnose and resolve issues when identified.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with IT security to address security vulnerabilities<\/li>\n<li>Communicate resolutions to stakeholders and be able to explain technical solutions to non-technical people.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>An Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum <span data-teams=\"true\">3 to 6 years of work experience<\/span> is required.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of languages<span data-teams=\"true\">&nbsp;and technologies such as Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, and SQL.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>The ability to dig into a large existing codebase, identify and fix any issues that may come up<\/li>\n<li>A strong interest in problem solving and collaboration.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to investigate and diagnose system problems.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to effectively communicate between audiences of differing technical skill levels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"content-conclusion\">\n<p><strong>About GLG \/ Gerson Lehrman Group<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>GLG is the world\u2019s leading platform for trusted human expertise.
