Our Product Engineering group is responsible for GLG\u2019s technology platforms that connect GLG\u2019s clients with insights needed to make important business decisions. We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Software Engineer with 2-3 years’ experience to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of delivering impactful applications. As a part of our Product Engineering team, you\u2019ll pair with other engineers, product managers, and designers to build and refine high-quality software solutions.<\/div>\n
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Develop, test, and maintain web applications using modern full-stack technologies.<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.<\/div>\n

An ideal candidate will have the following:<\/div>\n
\u00b7 2-3 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or in a similar role.<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Proficiency in JavaScript\/TypeScript and experience with Node.js.<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server).<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Hands-on experience with React for front-end development.<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern web development practices.<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Experience using Claude, Copilot, Opencode and other AI Toolsets. <\/div>\n
\u00b7 Solid problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of software development principles.<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Ability to thrive in an iterative product engineering environment and collaborate across teams and disciplines.<\/div>\n

Preferred:<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Experience with AWS cloud platform.<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Knowledge of CI\/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Understanding of UI\/UX best practices.<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Previous experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced development environment.<\/div>\n

    Compensation: <\/strong>GLG is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. Certain roles may also be eligible for incentive compensation.<\/p>\n
