TARGET POPULATION

For this Network Survey, GLG surveyed 70 professionals working in the healthcare industry across the US and Europe (UK, France, Germany, Spain and Italy). This is the second iteration in this tracker series.

What will you learn from this survey?

  • Respondents discussed the current competitive market landscape for the dental software industry.
  • The survey also gathered insights about the additional services that the respondents use and the level of utilization of their dental software.
  • Lastly, the respondents also discussed the hardware changes required to incorporate dental software and challenges in switching to another software.

 

Examples of findings:

  • 23% of respondents are currently using Dentrix dental software, and 64% stated their company/clinic operates in less than 5 locations.
  • Close to three-in-four (73%) experts stated their company uses cloud-based software for their distributor-based software, while three-in-ten (30%) informed that legacy-based software is on-premise.
  • 63% of experts stated they had to update their operating system compatibility to adopt their current software.

 

Deliverables

The GLG Surveys team drafted the questionnaire with the support of GLG Network Member, Alex Morrisson, CEO of Morrison Dental Group.
