TARGET POPULATION

For this Network Survey, GLG surveyed 120 senior executives working across the US, Europe and APAC. This is the fourth iteration in this tracker series.

What will you learn from this survey?

  • Respondents discussed their back-to-office plans and whether or not they may be considering physical changes to their offices and prioritise employees’ safety.
  • The research also looked into respondents’ intention to acquire new offices to accommodate relocated employees outside of the city during the pandemic.
  • Lastly, respondents commented on their key selection criteria for offices including transportation links, carbon rating, price and technology.

 

Examples of findings:

  • In August 2025, 43% respondents reported an increase in productivity, which is almost similar compared to April 2024.
  • Nearly three-in-four experts (74%) mentioned they do not have plans on acquiring a new office.
  • Over six-in-ten respondents (61%) have surveyed employees regarding their preferences about returning to office.
