Examples of findings:

  • Looking at the production trend in 2021, 78% of respondents stated that there has been an increase in production compared to 2020.
  • In the past year, the number of respondents expecting environmental measures to impact operations raised from 14% in 2020 to 42% in this wave.
  • The survey examined the future of crude steel, with 71% of respondents stating that they have active plans to install electric furnace steelmaking.
