Examples of findings:

  • In Europe, the majority of respondents (70%) stated they believe that MSP, Inhouse, RPO and other outsourcing developments will increase by up to 20% in the next 2 years, while in the US, only 35% of respondents reported a similar trend.
  • When asked to rank the industry segments that are likely to be under the most pressure in terms of margins over the next 3 years, 47% of the experts ranked the agricultural segment highest.
  • Overall, 57% of the respondents stated that the increasing IT and data scale requirements represent a major challenge that might foster consolidation in the industry.
