TARGET POPULATION
GLG surveyed 70 senior executives working in logistics, marketing, sales and operations from different industries across the US and Europe (UK, France, Germany, Italy and Spain).
What will you learn from this survey?
- Respondents commented on different types of plastic packaging used by their organization and the typical costs and annual budget associated with plastic packaging.
- The survey also investigated the sustainability issues faced in plastic packaging, and the recycling practices used by the organisations.
- Lastly, the research looked at the competitive landscape, comparing brands on the basis of cost, brand image, delivery time, quality of service, level of innovation and sustainability.
Examples of findings:
- Nearly two-in-three (64%) respondents agree that TetraPak is among the best companies for purchasing plastic packaging.
- Pressure to switch to sustainable packaging is fairly high, eight-in-ten (80%) experts reported that most of the pressure comes from customers even surpassing governments.
- Over eight-in-ten (83%) respondents believe that recycling is the ideal way to dispose of plastic packaging.
