For this Network Survey, GLG surveyed 50 senior executives working in healthcare software and services across Europe (UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain).

What will you learn from this survey?

  • Respondents provided an overview of the current state of the Hospital Management software industry.
  • Furthermore, the survey also looked into the industry’s innovation, product differentiation, selection and procurement process of these solutions.
  • Lastly, respondents commented on the primary features and types of offerings provided to the customers.

Examples of findings:

  • While only 18% of respondents agreed to offer hybrid software, over six-in-ten customers favour hybrid offering.
  • Over four-in-five respondents monitor user activity & logging and comply with HIPAA regulations to ensure data security and privacy.
  • Software sales are expected to grow by 6.8% in the coming 2 years.

This survey is available to subscribers of the Healthcare (HC) and Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) sectors (Limited subscriptions and above). If the survey is not included within your subscription, GLG will invoice Client for the fees due for the Network Survey. Please note that some respondents may not be Network Members, and the Terms and Conditions of Network Membership would not apply to such respondents and detailed records for them will not be available aside from the information that GLG capture in the Network Survey.
