Examples of findings:

  • Respondents reported that the average consumer purchase frequency is greater than 1 order per month, with 24% reporting a purchase frequency of 3+ orders per month.
  • More than half (52%) stated that they expect dark kitchens to be an ‘essential’ or ‘high’ priority for companies in the next 12-18 months.
  • The market is expected to continue its growth, with just 2% of respondents stating the market has reached its peak.
