GLG interviewed 40 procurement and supply chain experts at UK grocery chains. This is the second iteration of this survey, following the first one conducted in December 2019.
What will you learn from this survey?
- Respondents discussed their views on Boparan’s product quality, pricing, and service levels, as well as production and factory standards.
- The survey captured the competitive positioning of Boparan across these metrics.
- Lastly, experts commented on the future poultry purchasing volume and needs.
Examples of findings:
- In April 2022, 88% of the respondents stated they expect an increase in fresh poultry sales over the next 3 years.
- 2 Sisters Food Group (Boparan) has been selected by 50% of the experts as the best poultry company in terms of supply chain and delivery time.
- Overall, 53% of the participants consider 2 Sisters Food Group’s innovation in fresh poultry versus its competitors to be much better.
DELIVERABLES
The standard deliverable includes:
