Navigating Generative AI – How Are Organizations Responding to Emerging AI Opportunities?

Join us for an exciting fireside discussion on the dynamic landscape of generative AI adoption.

Generative AI tools have ignited significant interest across various sectors, as businesses uncover their potential to enhance productivity and streamline their operations. However, amidst this enthusiasm, businesses are concerned about potential risks, such as AI-generated anomalies or the misuse of intellectual property, which could lead to liability issues. How can organizations harness the advantages of AI adoption while mitigating associated risks? Furthermore, what are the optimal strategies for effectively integrating AI into existing frameworks?

GLG is pleased to invite LingYi Chang, former AI/ML Lead at AWS (2021 – 2023) and former AI/ML specialist at Microsoft (2018 – 2021) to discuss:

  • Demystifying AI and defining its limitations.
  • How can businesses bridge the gap between the perceived impact of AI and real-world implementation?
  • How can organizations benefit from AI implementation while mitigating its risks and pitfalls?
  • Prospective use cases for AI implementation across various organizations and industries.

Fergus Clarke, APAC Head of Surveys at GLG will delve into the findings of a recent GLG Survey, shedding light on the stark reality facing organizations today. Despite the surge in investment, our research uncovers a surprising lack of preparedness among senior IT and business leaders, with a staggering 55% indicating their organizations are not ready to embrace generative AI. This eye-opening revelation challenges conventional wisdom and underscores the urgency for informed action.
