Spearheaded by <a href=\"https:\/\/glginsights.com\/glg-social-impact\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GLG Social Impact<\/a>, the report convened GLG Network Members (experts) with decades of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion and talent acquisition to collaboratively outline strategies that organizations can implement immediately to reduce bias throughout their hiring processes.<\/p>\n<p>The resulting roadmap details tactics to drive change, including establishing standardized and data-centric hiring processes, focusing exclusively on skills and competencies when evaluating candidates, and enforcing both organizational and individual accountability for DE&amp;I goals.<\/p>\n<p>GLG is the world\u2019s insight network, bringing decision makers the insight it takes to get ahead. The report is the second installment in GLG\u2019s \u201cInsights with Impact\u201d series, which brings the power of expert insight to urgent social challenges.
