Help source, organize and provide accessibility to numerous engineering teams, business stakeholders and external partners? GLG is building a next generation platform to transform the existing way we deal with data across the organization.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>As a data engineer you will:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cleanse, normalize and enhance quality for both the existing operational systems as well as new data sources that flow through the data platform.<\/li>\n<li>Build, monitor, and maintain ETL\/ELT pipelines using <strong>Python, SQL<\/strong> and <strong>Airflow<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Design and optimize tables, datasets, and transformations in <strong>Snowflake<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and support data ingestion workflows, including <strong>API integrations<\/strong>, file ingestion, and database connectors.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across pipelines.<\/li>\n<li>Work in an <strong>Agile environment<\/strong> and collaborate with engineering, analytics, and product teams.<\/li>\n<li>Use integration tools (e.g., Fivetran, Workato, Informatica, etc.) to onboard new data sources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>You will have:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\u20133 years of experience as a Data Engineer.<\/li>\n<li>Strong hands-on experience with <strong>Snowflake<\/strong>, <strong>Python<\/strong>, SQL, and <strong>Airflow<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Experience building data ingestion pipelines across APIs, files, and databases.<\/li>\n<li>Strong SQL, Data Modeling skills, plus a solid understanding of ETL\/ELT concepts.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in <strong>Agile teams<\/strong> (Scrum, sprint planning, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with data integration tools is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of data engineering best practices across the development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source management, build processes, testing, and operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Nice to Have:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Git, CI\/CD.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"content-conclusion\">\n<p><strong>About GLG \/ Gerson Lehrman Group<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>GLG is the world\u2019s leading platform for trusted human expertise.
