This team acts as the Trusted Advisors and Growth Catalysts to the frontline&nbsp;Sales and&nbsp;CoE&nbsp;leaders.<\/span><\/em><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span data-contrast=\"auto\">This role exists to help frontline&nbsp;and&nbsp;CoE&nbsp;leaders&nbsp;improve their time in front of the clients and to make that time impactful. The role acts as a single point of contact for frontlines to&nbsp;leverage&nbsp;all of Sales Enablement capabilities&nbsp;<\/span><\/em><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The role collaborates extensively with various departments of the organization thereby driving the overall sales efficiency to \u2013<\/span><\/em><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Partnering with sales to drive&nbsp;business growth<\/span><\/em><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Support the&nbsp;BU&nbsp;Priorities with creation and execution in the business<\/span><\/em><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Driving&nbsp;growth&nbsp;through effective implementation of Sales Pillars&nbsp;and&nbsp;CoE&nbsp;agenda&nbsp;&#8211; The ability to foster collaboration and drive high performance among team members is essential, ensuring seamless execution of sales enablement initiatives.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Minimum Qualifications<\/span><\/strong><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">MBA or equivalent from premium institute with minimum 8 years of experience in Sales \/ Sales Operations \/ Sales Management processes \/ Pre-sales<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">A solid understanding of the financial services industry is essential, including familiarity with its business models.
