This role includes building and managing a distributed team of enablement managers and onboarding specialists to ensure execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Design

· Lead the global strategy for role-specific onboarding, role enablement, and capability building across all levels (e.g., associates, managers, VPs), ensuring training initiatives align with evolving roles and business priorities.

· Translate business and functional objectives into scalable training programs, ensuring alignment with the needs of client-facing teams in Financial Services (FS), Professional Services Firms (PSF), Corporate, and APAC.

· Experience in skills-based development initiatives incorporating assessment and milestones to reward and recognize top performance and progression.

· Integrate the measurement of training program impact into the design, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.

· Collaborate with HRBPs and Employee Relations to ensure training programs align with performance management and development needs.

· Lead integrated development across levels (e.g., associate, manager, VP) in partnership with other Talent Development pods.

Program Management & Execution

· Excellent program management skills with the proven ability to manage large-scale, complex training programs across multiple functions and geographies.

· Own and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of role enablement programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities.

· Lead the planning, execution, and scaling of training programs, focusing on achieving outcomes, meeting deadlines, and ensuring resources are allocated effectively.

· Ensure a continuous feedback loop to support iteration and the ongoing improvement of training initiatives.

· Develop and maintain a data-driven, structured approach to program management, ensuring transparency, accountability, and measurable results.

Team Leadership

· Manage and develop a global team of enablement managers and onboarding specialists.

· Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture, promoting AI fluency, agile content development, and data-driven iteration.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Partner with business leaders in Financial Services (FS), Professional Services Firms (PSF), Corporate teams, HRBPs, and teams such as Product and Engineering to ensure new enhancements are incorporated into training.

· Align with APAC leadership on regional enablement delivery and localization.

· Integrate work with the Talent Development teams’ Enterprise Capability and Leadership pods to ensure cohesion.

· Collaborate with HRBPs and Employee Relations to integrate training programs into the broader performance management process and ensure their impact on talent performance and career progression is measured.

AI & Platform Integration

· Leverage AI tools and platforms (e.g., Workday Learning, Go1, Articulate) to scale delivery.

· Build nudges, roleplays, simulations, and other AI-enabled assets into learning design.

· Use data dashboards to track ROI, engagement, and completion metrics, ensuring alignment with performance goals.

What the Ideal Candidate Will Have

· 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Enablement, Role-Specific Training, or Capability Building, with a proven ability to create, implement, and scale initiatives across geographies and functional teams.

· Proven leadership in global or matrixed environments, with a strong track record of leading teams and driving business outcomes.

· Expertise in designing scalable, learner-centric programs that drive role readiness, career progression, and capability development across all levels.

· Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to align business goals with talent strategies and drive measurable impact.

· Experience with AI-powered learning tools (e.g., nudges, simulations, Workday, Articulate, Go1) to create scalable and engaging learning experiences.

· Proven ability to integrate training with performance management, collaborating with HRBPs and Employee Relations to support career development and talent progression.

· Exceptional program management skills, with the ability to manage high-performing, geographically distributed teams and scale learning initiatives effectively.

· Data-driven with experience using analytics to measure ROI, learner engagement, and continuous improvement in training programs.

· Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leaders, HRBPs, and product/engineering teams to ensure alignment with business needs.

· Experience in financial services or professional services, particularly in fast-moving organizations that require agility and the ability to scale talent programs rapidly.
