GLG Law\u2019s David Solomon calls on the American Bar Association, along with state bar committees and other relevant decision makers, to release model guidelines for remote litigation.<\/em><\/aside>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div>\n<div class=\"QvNnGjy8J7gi\">\n<div>\n<p>Many companies and industries are implementing significant changes to continue working during the Covid-19 outbreak, but one industry segment in particular is grinding to a halt: civil litigation in the U.S.<\/p>\n<p>Jurisdictions around the country have essentially suspended civil litigation, with closed courthouses and frozen statutes of limitations.
