Since 2013, she has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of Pearson PLC, and from 2008-2013, she was Head of Human Resources at Bloomberg LP. Previously, she was Senior Vice President, Executive Talent and Chief Diversity Officer at American Express, and prior to that, held senior human resources positions at Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, and Merrill Lynch.
