He succeeds Alexander Saint-Amand, a co-founder who has been with the company for 20 years and has served as CEO since 2006. Saint-Amand announced the transition to the company\u2019s employees.<\/p>\n<p>Todd has been a leader in the technology sector for two decades. He has held senior positions at eBay, Google, and McKinsey. Most recently, he led eBay\u2019s $3 billion business and operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Todd will be based at GLG\u2019s headquarters in New York and starts March 27, 2018 as part of a previously planned transition.<\/p>\n<p>GLG\u2019s Board of Directors said, \u201cWe are enormously grateful to Alexander for his visionary leadership, which has allowed us to scale and become essential to leading companies around the world.
