Project Support Specialist:<\/strong><\/p>\n Position Overview: GLG is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Platform Operations team as a Project Support Specialist. Project Support Specialists (PSS) are responsible for arranging connections between GLG\u2019s clients and selected Network Members, global key opinion leaders and senior industry executives acting in a consultative capacity. To facilitate these engagements, the PSS will work closely with both client-facing GLG Research professionals and GLG\u2019s Network Members base, which is a network of C-level executives, academicians, scientists, industry practitioners, and other professionals worldwide.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Facilitate interactions between GLG clients and Network Members (experts) via Client Solutions teams.
\u2022 Navigate requests with complex compliance requirements and client-specific preferences.
\u2022 Establish and build strong working relationships with Client Solutions partners.
\u2022 Successfully execute against project objectives in specified timeframes.
\u2022 Align with and develop deep understanding of a specific end-client market to manage expert conflicts.
\u2022 Appreciate the urgency of competing projects and prioritize accordingly.
\u2022 Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Superior communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting using a variety of communication channels (telephone, e-mail etc.)
\u2022 0-2 years of work experience preferably working as executive assistant
\u2022 Bachelor’s degree
\u2022 Business level proficiency in English<\/p>\n
