You will have the opportunity to showcase your language skills by focusing on our business throughout Latin America with projects in both Portuguese and English.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Associates are the engine driving GLG&#8217;s Insight Network \u2013 the world&#8217;s largest and most varied source of first-hand expertise. The Associate role involves fast-paced communication, working directly as thought partners with leading professionals \u2013 think top financial services firms, consultancies, and corporations \u2013 to connect them to the insight they need to get ahead.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Associates should have a natural curiosity, strong critical thinking skills, and a competitive spirit to win for clients. Armed with those qualities, you\u2019ll go through our robust onboarding, apprenticeship, and training programs so that you can grow and hone the skills needed to succeed, including having agency over project delivery, client relationship-building, and expert engagement. In just a few months, you will be owning the project lifecycle, speaking frequently with leading clients and experts \u2013 all while receiving continued coaching and mentoring from your team to help you develop top-tier project management and communication skills. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><u>Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Engaging daily with clients<\/strong> to build relationships, deliver tailored support, and deploy custom solutions that enable our clients to win<\/li>\n<li><strong>Owning client projects from start to finish<\/strong> \u2013 that includes scoping a project, searching for and\/or recruiting the right expert(s), and delivering high-quality outcomes to both our clients and our experts<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collaborating with colleagues<\/strong>, your manager, and internal stakeholders to bring GLG\u2019s full product suite to the table so that we can maximize commercial outcomes, grow revenue, and ensure retention of existing accounts<\/li>\n<li>\u200b<strong>Upholding GLG\u2019s <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/glginsights.com\/compliance\/\"><strong>compliance framework<\/strong><\/a> and embracing our <a href=\"https:\/\/glginsights.com\/glg-our-purpose-and-values\/\">company values<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>As an Associate, you will have the opportunity to:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excel in a fast-paced, demanding, and highly collaborative environment with colleagues around the world<\/li>\n<li>Develop and refine strong, transferable business skills, including client service, communication, negotiation, critical thinking, and project management<\/li>\n<li>Cultivate account management and commercial skills through direct client relationship building and responsive service<\/li>\n<li>Become a people manager and lead future Associates once you outperform as an individual contributor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>An ideal candidate will have the following:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree (required) or higher<\/li>\n<li>0-3 years of work experience in client-facing, sales, or account management roles<\/li>\n<li>Written and verbal fluency in Portuguese (required) and\/or Spanish<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including comfort with phone-based outreach<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively, in an ever-changing and\u202f\u200bfast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Receptive to close coaching and feedback<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, while ensuring an attention to detail\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Hustle and tenacity that drives you to go above and beyond to delight clients\u202f\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Appreciation for data and understanding the numbers\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work flexible and extended hours (including evenings and some holidays) based on\u202fclient\u202fneeds and expectations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>While total compensation varies depending upon performance, Associates can earn full year compensation of $90,000+.
