Target Populations

GLG will interview 100 current FMCG distributors of major brands across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in India. These distributors will be of essential products such as groceries, cleaning/laundry, personal care, dairy and packaged foods & beverages.


Length of Survey (LOI)

Up to 30 questions including screening questions. During the early-bird commitment phase, you (the Client) may submit up to 3 proprietary questions (visible only to the Client upon delivery of the final product) prior to the deadline on 3 July 2020. After the early-bird commitment deadline, clients will not be able to add any proprietary questions to the survey.

  • Survey Programming and Testing: 1-2 business days
  • Translations of the questionnaire: 2-3 business days
  • Fielding and Data Collection: 7-10 business days
  • Data Review: 1-2 business days
  • Final Data Delivery: 1 business day
  • Total duration: 13 – 20 business days


Questionnaire review:
GLG survey team will draft the questionnaire with the support of GLG Network Member, Narayanan Venkatasubramanian – Vice President at Coca Cola (Jan 2018 – Dec 2018); General Manager – Beauty, Pharma, and Personal Care at Procter & Gamble (2006 – 2017).

Standard deliverable, which includes

  • 1 x Individual responses (“raw data”), in Excel
  • 1 x PPT report with aggregated data



The Client acknowledges and agrees that this is a Survey, and the results, excluding pre-commitment proprietary questions exclusive to the client, will be provided to all GLG clients that agree to participate in the survey and GLG clients that agree to purchase the Survey results in the future. Upon finding these terms acceptable, please send an affirmative confirmation via email, which GLG will file in its records. Once confirmed, please note that the Client’s agreement to purchase the Survey is a legally binding and irrevocable commitment. GLG will invoice Client for the fees due for the survey. Please note that some respondents may not be Network Members, and the Terms and Conditions of Network Membership would not apply to such respondents and detailed records for them will not be available aside from the information that GLG capture in the survey.
