We are currently looking for a<\/span>n<\/span> <\/span>Analyst <\/span>to join our <\/span>Revenue Accounting <\/span>team. We are <\/span>seeking<\/span> a dynamic and self-motivated individual with excellent accounting knowledge as well as strong analytical<\/span>, problem-solving,<\/span> and communication skills. This role will report to the <\/span>Manager<\/span>, Revenue <\/span>Accounting<\/span> and will focus primarily on <\/span>processing<\/span> revenue<\/span> transactions<\/span>.  <\/span>The <\/span>Analyst,<\/span> Revenue <\/span>will also support the <\/span>Accounting<\/span> department by contributing to the <\/span>accurate<\/span> and <\/span>timely<\/span> reporting of financial results to our internal and external stakeholders. Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

  • Prepare support schedules and analysis for manual revenue adjustments.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    • Analyze unusual balances within <\/span>accounts<\/span> receivable and unearned revenue accounts and provide supporting information for resolution.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n
      • Utilize existing reporting tools to <\/span>identify<\/span>, investigate, and escalate inaccurate or incomplete transactions.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n
        • Communicate cross-functionally with Account Managers<\/span>,<\/span> Client Solutions, Sales Operations, and Accounts Receivable teams to research and resolve transaction discrepancies.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            \n
          • Analyze Order-to-Cash (O2C) inputs and <\/span>identify<\/span> inconsistencies that may lead to revenue or billing inaccuracies.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              \n
            • Support Revenue Accounting by researching transactions and providing documentation necessary for financial reporting and account analysis.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                \n
              • Gather and provide supporting documentation requested by external auditors.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  An ideal candidate will have the following:<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

                   <\/span><\/p>\n

                    \n
                  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting<\/span> or Commerce<\/span>.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                      \n
                    • Around <\/span>2 years of relevant accounting experience<\/span>.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                        \n
                      • Good to have<\/span> knowledge of U.S. GAAP, specifically for revenue recognition topics<\/span>.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                          \n
                        • Must be highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time<\/span>.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                            \n
                          • Must have excellent communications skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships across the <\/span>C<\/span>ompany\u2019s operations<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                              \n
                            • Strong Excel skills <\/span>required<\/span>.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                                \n
                              • Experience with Great Plains, Salesforce,<\/span> Workday, <\/span>HighRadius<\/span> <\/span>and fluency in SQL a plus<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
