As the Salesforce Integration Architect/Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's CRM modernization and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires you to be a thought leader in developing integrations for Salesforce CPQ and consumption metering and pricing applications.
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements across the Revenue Generation lifecycle, tailoring solutions for industry-specific needs.
- Develop and configure usage billing and real time pricing (Continuous) scenarios to work with SFDC CPQ and other fulfillment tools.
- Design and implement efficient integrations and processes, leveraging SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.
- Conduct complex data analyses, utilizing SQL queries and Python scripts to trace performance issues and provide insights.
- Recognize and address interdependencies within business processes to optimize overall efficiency.
- Provide technical and business guidance on solution design and implementation
- Configure Salesforce CPQ including product setup, pricing, approvals, and payment processing, ensuring full integration across modules.
- Apply project methodologies, engineering standards, and best practices for system implementation and improvement.
- Perform rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) at unit and integration levels.
- Set and deliver measurable, outcome-based objectives.
- Architect key integrations with dependent systems including internal applications and ERP platform using Workato (IPaaS), Python and SQL as appropriate.
An ideal candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, information technology, or a related field is usually required.
- 8-10 years in an engineering role, servicing the back-office functions is required
- Proven experience with Salesforce integration initiatives, preferably in billing and ERP projects.
- Salesforce developer or administrator certifications are optional but preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain architecture diagrams in Visio or LucidChart
- Ability to Translate Business Problems into clear requirements and process improvements, system implementation and coordination of change management across impacted teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to display strong self-initiative and support recommendations with sound thinking and fact-based evidence (data, research, best practices, etc.).
- Proven record of meeting/exceeding established goals.
- Strong project management skills, ability to work within tight time frames and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Actual compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
