Global Senior Marketing Manager, PSF
Job Summary
GLG, the World’s Insight Network, is seeking an experienced marketer to join our team as a Global Senior Marketing Manager supporting Global Professional Services Firms (PSF).
The Global Senior Marketing Manager, PSF, will be responsible for translating business opportunities into effective marketing strategies tailored for PSF audiences: Consulting Firms, Agencies, and Market Research Firms. This role will closely partner with the PSF segment lead, as well as sales and client solutions leadership, to develop a comprehensive marketing plan based on audience insights and business goals. The successful candidate will collaborate with the central marketing team to execute and deploy marketing programs, campaigns, and deliverables across various channels such as email, social media, and paid media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies targeting Professional Services Firms globally.
- Translate business goals into compelling marketing strategies for prospects and clients.
- Align marketing investments with revenue targets, building pipeline goals in collaboration with sales and account management.
- Create content strategies for outbound channels to engage target customers.
- Collaborate with global internal PSF stakeholders and the central marketing team.
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to understand the client and prospect base and make the case for specific marketing programs.
- Support the development of customer personas in partnership with sales and account management teams.
- Implement marketing programs to increase product awareness and build knowledge of user experience, services, and content.
- Leverage GLG’s brand guidelines and value proposition to effectively position and message our offerings in the market.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to compile campaign and program metrics, report on KPIs, and recommend improvements based on results.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, preferably with B2B marketing expertise.
- Proven experience in developing marketing plans based on business opportunities and audience insights.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and a marketing automation platform (Marketo preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple levels, roles, and functions.
- Comfortable working autonomously and making independent decisions when required.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and programs simultaneously.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly with senior leadership.

Actual compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. Certain roles may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
